Answers to the questions we get most about working with 1000ants. If yours isn't here, send us the details and we'll come back to you asap.
You sign up, give us your website URL and verify your work email. 1000ants then enriches your workspace in the background — crawling your site and building the shared Brand Core your agents work from. From there you connect your first channel and put an ant to work.
No. The Brand Core is built automatically during onboarding and you can refine it any time. Connecting a channel is a normal OAuth flow from the workspace — no tag manager work, no developer needed.
You can connect the tools you already use, including Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, and HubSpot, and websites built with WordPress or other platforms. Each connection is authorized separately, and you can choose whether it is read-only or allows read-and-write access.
Platforms expire access tokens — for example after a password change, a revoked app permission or an admin change on the account. Open the connection in your workspace and run the connect flow again; nothing in your data or history is lost.
After connecting, 1000ants pulls your recent history in the background before anything can run on top of it. Large accounts take longer. If a channel still shows nothing after the first sync, the connected login usually lacks access to the account you expect — check the account and permissions on the platform side.
Because of the mode and guardrails you set. Higher-impact changes route to you for sign-off, and if four-eyes approval is on, a second team member has to approve writes. You can see exactly what is pending, and why, in the approvals view.
Yes. Every recommendation, action and approval is written to the audit log, so you can review what happened, when and who signed it off. Connections set to read-only can never write anything back.
Open the run and check its step feed — it shows where it stopped. Most failures come from an expired connection or a platform rate limit, and re-running after re-authorising is enough. If the run keeps failing, send us the workspace and the run through the form below.
Your ants will pause when you reach your usage limit. They will resume when the limit resets, the next billing period begins, or you upgrade your plan. Nothing is lost and you won’t be charged extra. Your workspace, Brand Core, and history remain exactly as they are.
No. Your subscription covers the software only. Media spend is paid directly to Google Ads and any other connected platform through your own billing with them. 1000ants never touches your ad budget — it only proposes and, within the mode you set, executes changes.
Yes. Plans are billed monthly by default, unless you choose the discounted annual plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you’ll retain access until then.
You can revoke access to Google Ads and other channels at any time, from your own platform account or from within 1000ants. You can also request deletion of your stored data — see the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion page for details.
All workspace members can see the activity, data, and results within the workspace they belong to. Seats are managed in workspace settings. Approval rules and usage limits are also set per workspace, while execution permissions determine what each member is allowed to run or approve.
